Dr. Holtze is a 2013 graduate of the veterinary school at the University of Minnesota. He spent 2 years practicing in Alaska prior to joining Liverpool Village Animal Hospital in the spring of 2015.

Professionally, Dr. Holtze is usually found in the surgical suite, where he pursues an interest in soft tissue surgery. He is focused on surgical oncology, reconstructive procedures, as well as other advanced interventional techniques, in addition to routine procedures.  Dr. Holtze also has an interest in dentistry, both preventive and interventional.

Outside the hospital, Dr. Holtze enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. They share their house with a Bernese Mountain dog, a Boston Terrier, and a Bearded Dragon.
